WORKS NOTICES AND AUDITS
Want to remind lot owners that they need to start construction within a set time after buying the lot? That they need to complete construction? That they need to complete landscaping their front yard? We do that. Our portal system allows us to efficiently send lot owners reminders that construction and landscaping is due or overdue.
We also audit finished homes for compliance with the estate’s design code, and send corrective action notices where development is non-compliant.
